Wipeout is coming! On Friday, March 17, 2017, all of our VCS Middle School
students will be participating in VCS Middle School’s spring fundraiser, WIPEOUT!
As part of our commitment to health and fitness, students have been challenged
to conquer a specially-designed obstacle course. The offbeat and comical
obstacles require every aspect of physical fitness – flexibility,
agility, strength, balance and endurance.
This event is a fun way for students to participate in supporting school
enhancement and campus communication. Wipeout will help raise funds for a new,
Media Wall / Digital Marquee.
We will also be tithing 10% of the proceeds to our Mexicali Missions Trip
– a VCS Easter break tradition. On this trip, Village High School
students spend their Easter break ministering to people in Mexico.
Our Middle School’s goal this year is to raise $25,000. Each student
has been challenged to raise at least $100 to support the new media wall
initiative and triumph over the Wipeout obstacle course. We are hopeful
that you can partner with us and your children to make Wipeout a success.
There are two ways to donate –
online or by turning in the donation form (students may submit forms to their
first period teacher or to the Middle School office). Please make checks
VCSMSPTF. This form may also be shared with family & friends.
Wipeout will be held on Friday, March 17, 2017, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on
the lower field at VCS. You are invited to attend and join in the fun.
There will also be volunteer opportunities if you are joining us. Each
grade level will take the field at separate times to complete the course.
If you would like to volunteer to help that day, please contact us at
Thanks in advance for your support!
