| Frequently Asked Questions about Admissions |
What are your office hours? |
| Our Admissions Department serves families Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm. |
How can I get more information than appears on the web site? |
Our campus, nestled in a secluded equestrian community, is so distinct that we strongly advise prospects to call for a campus tour or attend an Open House and pick up our information while on site. If that is not possible to arrange, we are delighted to send brochures by mail or hold them at the Admissions desk for pickup.

When are applications accepted? |
| Applications are accepted year-round, and most of our candidates apply between November and March, with a peak of applications occurring in January. Application fees increase by $100 on April 1. |
How do you sign up for an assessment date? |
We schedule an assessment appointment for Elementary School applicants after receiving the application and application fee.
Middle School and High School applicants are scheduled as needed. |
What if my child does not perform well on tests? |
| We recognize that children are more than test scores. When evaluating a candidate for Kindergarten, we determine the child’s readiness and review a recommendation form from the child’s preschool or daycare provider. For all other candidates, we base our decisions on grades and standardized test scores of the past two years, conduct marks, letters of recommendation, and entry test results. Middle School and High School candidates also submit a candidate questionnaire and writing sample, and the strongest applicants are invited to interview with the school principal before an admittance decision is determined. |
