AP/Honors Classes Information

|  | Students in AP and Honors Classes may click on the links below to find course information and reading lists. Students should print the “Authorization Contract” and return it to the Curriculum Office (or Mr. Endacott’s box in the office) by the end of the school year (June 6 2008). Only one copy of the contract is necessary for each student. Summer reading assignments are in the process of being updated for the summer of 2008

Authorization Contract

AP US History will not be offered in 2008-09. It will be offered in 2009-10. |

AP English Language
Summer reading has been updated for 2008. We have used copies of "Elements of Style" ($1) and "Grapes of Wrath" ($2) available for purchase in the Curriculum Office. |

Honors Classes
Students in honors classes should also print the "AP Handbook" above for specific information about honors courses. They should also print the Authorization Contract and it should be signed by parents and students and returned to Mr. Endacott in the Curriculum Office by the end of the school year (June 6, 2008) |

Honors Geometry: Summer reading has been updated for 2008. Check out a geometry book from Mr. Hardgrave in room C-5 during final exams. If you aren't able to do this, come to the Curriculum Office in B-hall during summer school hours. Honors Algebra II/Trig: Summer reading has been updated for 2008. Check out a copy of your textbook from Mrs. Kohut in room C-8 before summer. If you aren't able to do this, come to the Curriculum Office in B-hall during summer school hours. |
