Bits and Pieces

Dear Parents and Students, 

What an amazing first week we had in room 63. It is amazing how quickly it went by. As I am beginning to get to know your students, I can tell that this truly is going to be a fantastic year. We will begin taking notes this week 1 in both science and social studies. Though I also say this in the homework section of this site, it still bears repeating, please encourage your student to read through their notes every night. As test time rolls around, this will greatly reduce the amount of stress on your student, and quite possibly you,

A big thank you to those of you who paid for the Indian tepee. If you still need to pay the $6.00, you may do so at any time. Just send your $6.00 in an envelope with your child's name on it along with the word: Tepee. If you are writing a check, please make it out to Matthew Myer since I will pay for the tepees with just one check.
