How to Have a Great Year in English
To be successful this year, there are a few items that will help keep you organized and happy.
You will need a small (1 to 2 inches wide) binder, specifically for English. Put five dividers in it labeled: Spelling/Vocabulary, Homework, Grammar, Comprehension, and Writing.
Bring this binder to class everyday.
In my classes you may write with a pencil or pen in blue or black ink.
Put your literature and grammar books in a place at home where they won't get lost.
Show respect for yourself, and treat others as valuable and loved by God.
Come ready to work hard, and learn something new each day!
