Trumpet - Joe Calderon
Joe Calderon is a commercial trumpet player from the Los Angeles Area. He has had the opportunity to study with such artists as Charlie Davis, Bob Slack, and Rob Roy McGregor. Joe has traveled all over the world performing for such events as the grand opening of Euro Disney. He has also performed in Australia, Japan and Hawaii performing with the Blue Note Swing Orchestra as the lead trumpet player.
For the past 10 years Joe has been a freelance trumpet player and teacher of private lessons in the surrounding Los Angeles area. Joe has held an adjunct faculty position at Citrus College where he taught brass choir and pop/rock ensemble classes, and currently holds the title of Instrumental Director at Village Christian Schools.
