Guitar - Ryan Jones
Ryan began his musical journey at a young age with the piano and trumpet, but at age fourteen he picked up the guitar and never looked back. At twenty he moved to the west coast to pursue a career in music. Ryan is very versatile, musical guitarist, playing everything from pop and rock, to r&b, funk and jazz. His passion, however, is worship.
In 2002 he graduated from the Los Angles Music Academy in Pasadena where he was privileged to study under some of the finest guitar players in Los Angeles like Frank Gambale, Ross Bolton, and Jeff Richman. Ryan has since performed everywhere from small clubs in Hollywood to Qualcom stadium to the National Mall in Washington DC for a crowd of 100,000. He has most notably shared the stage with Maranatha/Integrity recording artist Tommy Walker, Justo Almario (Abe Laboriel, Chaka Kahn), John Pena (Carlos Santana, Aretha Franklin), John Ferraro (Barry Manilow, Rod Stewart) and Chaun Horten (Macy Gray, Natasha Beddingfield).
He freelances for various artists in and around Los Angeles for live and studio work including Kandace Ferrel (MTV’s The Hills), and Kala Balch (Sergio Mendes, Black Eyed Peas). Ryan plays regularly at his home church in the Los Angeles area, and teaches guitar lessons at Village Christian Schools in Burbank. He is currently touring with Tommy Walker and recorded on his latest album.
