Many (most?) computer problems can be solved by taking these steps before asking for help:
1. Make sure all plugs are securely attached - both to the wall and to the computer, monitor, printer, etc.
2. Restart your computer.
3. Don't forget to restart your computer.
Here is the Most Common Remedy for Scan Converter (esp. TVator) Problems:
Unplug the power cable from the back of the "black box" (scan converter) and plug it back in. That resets it and solves the majority of problems. |
