Saving Bookmarks (Internet Favorites)
| Here's a tip many of you will like. If you want to save your Internet Favorites so you can use them elsewhere, send them to someone else, or access them again after your computer has been re-imaged, follow these steps. |
How to Save your Internet Favorites |
1. In Internet Explorer, click on File, Import and Export.
2. Click Next on the Welcome Wizard.
3. Click Export Favorites, then click Next.
4. Select the folders you want to export, click Next.
5. Browse to your network folder where you can save the file to be created.
6. Click Finish. |
How to Retrieve your Internet Favorites |
1. In Internet Explorer, click on File, Import and Export.
2. Click Next on the Welcome Wizard.
3. Click Import Favorites, then click Next.
4. Select the folders you want to import, click Next.
5. Select the Favorites location where you want the imported favorites inserted.
6. Click Finish. |
