If you try to use an online form and it will not work or display properly, try this.. It looks like a lot. But, it’s not. In Outlook, go to Tools. Select Options. Select Other (top tabs to the right). Click on Advanced Options. Click on Custom Forms (bottom left). Click on Manage Forms. Click on Clear Cache. It will look like nothing happened, but it clears the pathway to allow you to open your forms. Close all of the windows that opened as you took the different steps. Then try to open the form you needed.
