Special Programs
Before and After School Child Care
We offer child care from 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. for elementary students and from 3:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. for elementary and middle school students; supervised by a caring, first aid and CPR certified staff. Child care is available on an as needed basis and is billed monthly for accrued hours.
After School Study Hall and Homework Help
Kindergarten and first grade after school care will include a time of reading aloud and phonogram review on most days. Second grade students will participate in phonogram and math fact review as well as supervised homework time. Third through fifth-grade students attend study hall where they work independently on their homework under the supervision of a child care staff member.
Discovery Club
Discovery Club is offered for working parents during Christmas and Easter breaks as well as some other school holidays. We offer a variety of activities for your student to enjoy such as organized games, arts and crafts, videos, snacks, and free play. Occasional field trips will be offered on Discovery Club days.
Day Camp and Summer School Child Care
Day Camp is available during most of the weeks of summer vacation and runs from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. with organized activities typically from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Day campers participate in games, crafts, group assemblies, water play, Bible lessons, bounce houses, free play and more. Optional field trips are offered at an additional cost.
Students enrolled in summer school classes may register for summer school child care and join the day camp program when their classes are done. Our summer programs are led by a well trained, energetic, First Aid and CPR certified staff.
