Lauren Ring received a Masters of Theology and Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary. A strong advocate for putting faith into action, she involves her students in activities and projects that challenge them to serve, share, and develop a relationship with Christ both inside and outside of class. Her professional interests focus on adolescent faith development and New Testament ethics. In addition to teaching, she is the middle school chapel coordinator. Her nine years of youth work experience in church, parachurch, and camp settings make for a very relational style of teaching and an open door policy. Moreover, her experience taught her that building trusting relationships is essential for student learning and growth and more often then not, that comes through laughing with and listening to her students.
