Speed is a bi-product of applied strength and technique, which we teach both. Breaking down
sprint mechanics and the different way the movements we do during weight training apply to
the activity, it simply makes running easier and more efficient, guaranteeing a faster student-
athlete. Moving in a straight line is important, but most sports require you to move in multiple
directions quickly. We improve agility is by implementing the concepts of our core movements,
while applying new stressors and situations to an athlete. Building skill on top of a base at
appropriate paces rather than forcing skill on top of chaos.
