Junior Stars English/Science Discovery
Junior Stars English Discovery is a one- to two-week summer program designed for students ages 6-12 with a focus on learning the English language in fun and engaging ways.* In addition to classroom activities and digital learning, Junior Stars also includes outdoor sporting events, fellowship, exposure to American culture, special campus events, and opportunities to meet and play with American students.

Junior Stars At a Glance

Each week culminates in age-appropriate Spelling Bees in which students compete for prizes by applying what they learned that week. All Junior Stars will be presented with a special Certificate of Completion and a gift bag of American treats to take home as reminders of their time at VCS.
An optional third week can be added to include visits to local cultural and tourist attractions such as Disneyland, an American professional baseball game, children’s science museum, and more.
Students and chaperones stay at local hotels. VCS provides bus transportation, including airport transfers, and daily breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.
