  • Village Christian has signed a MOU with Azusa Pacific University, guaranteeing students automatic admission and a minimum scholarship of $10,000 per year.

VCS is one of the first private schools in the country to garner this opportunity for its students.

“I am thrilled both that our students will have preferential access to outstanding Christian college education at APU, and our parents will be better able to afford it with the help of the automatic scholarship,” said VCS Head of School Tom Konjoyan. “This partnership is yet another way we are living into our motto of ‘College-bound from kindergarten, Christ-centered for life.’”

Students must earn a minimum GPA of 3.0 to qualify for this opportunity.

Konjoyan and Azusa Pacific President Dr. Jon Wallace signed the agreement in December, giving seniors in the Class of 2018 immediate access to APU and its generous scholarships.
