Village Christian Named LA Daily News Readers Choice 'Best' For Seventh Year in a Row, Wins Two Categories
For the seventh year in a row, Village Christian School has received a Los Angeles Daily News Readers Choice “Best” Award.
However, this year’s honor has twice the impact as VCS was named both “Best Christian School” and “Best Private Elementary School,” the publication has announced.
Village Christian was named “Best Private School” from 2015-2017 and “Best Christian School” from 2018-2020 following numerous “Favorite” honors. This the first time the school has also earned “Best Private Elementary School” from Daily News readers.
“Last year was a tremendous test for all of us, and as we begin the new school year, we are so thankful for our community’s support and affirmation of the efforts made to ensure every student thrives,” said Head of School Tom Konjoyan. “We are so thankful for all of the VCS families, and we could not be more proud of our teachers, staff members, coaches, directors, and students, who makes this community so special and such a unique and innovative place to learn.”

Voting for the Daily News’ Readers Choice Awards was held earlier than previous years, with votes cast in May.
We are so thankful for your continued support of Village Christian School and our mission to provide a CAREing, Christ-centered education, producing students who thrive.
