ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CHAPEL
Overview: The purpose and focus of elementary chapel is to help introduce students to Christ while fostering and nurturing the spiritual growth of students who already have a relationship with Jesus. Chapel allows our students to receive a firsthand experience in how to worship and celebrate the benefits of knowing Jesus.
Schedule – Chapels are held weekly by grade level.
COVID-19 Changes - Elementary chapels will be structured differently during the pandemic. For more information, please contact your classroom teacher. Thank you for your understanding.

MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL CHAPEL
Students have a fast-paced, academic schedule full of learning, questions, and challenges. Our weekly chapel is an intentional pause in the week to stop, listen, reflect, and respond to the big questions of life. Every chapel seeks to keep a fresh focus on the person of Jesus through maintaining the Three C’s: Community, Creativity & Credit.
Community: we believe community worship to be a key component of the Christian faith (Hebrews 10:25)
Creativity: we celebrate creative expressions of art, word, film and more as we recognize the image of God reflected in our faculty, students and guests. (Genesis 1:27)
Credit: in all aspects of chapel, we give credit to our Creator who makes all things possible.(Colossians 1:15-20)
COVID -19 Chapels (off-campus) – during remote learning, students will gather in their Chapel Seminar Groups on Wednesday. It is during this time that they will receive the link to our Virtual Chapels while also allowing space for discussion, prayer and spiritual reflection.
COVID -19 Chapels (on-campus) - subject to LA County Health Department guidelines, we will gather one grade-level in the gym each week for an in-person chapel. The rest of the student body will gather in their Chapel Seminar Groups for a Live Stream of the in-person chapel. In addition, these small groups will be encouraged to discuss, pray and utilize spiritual reflections.
